Complete Home Renovation - Modern Design Meets Everyday Comfort

This project involved a full-scale renovation, transforming the home from top to bottom with modern finishes, an open-concept layout, and thoughtfully designed details throughout.

Inside, the main living space was reconfigured to create a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen features two-tone cabinetry with clean white uppers and bold matte black lowers, paired with sleek quartz countertops and a professional-grade range with brass detailing. A spacious island provides additional prep space and seating, while pendant lighting and under-cabinet illumination add warmth and function.

The living room was refreshed with a modern shiplap fireplace wall and inset fireplace, creating a striking focal point that anchors the open space. Bathrooms were completely remodeled with floating modern vanities set against clean, flush wide tiles, creating a spa-like feel with a minimalist aesthetic. The use of sleek fixtures, integrated lighting, and custom tile work enhances both function and tranquility.

Storage and functionality were enhanced with a custom butler’s pantry and bar area, maximizing space with full-height cabinetry and floating shelves. Upstairs, a new roof deck extends the living space outdoors.

The exterior was fully updated with board-and-batten siding, new windows, and fresh landscaping, giving the home timeless curb appeal. The result is a property that feels brand new. Balancing modern design, durable materials, and a welcoming atmosphere for everyday living.
