Wolcott Project

This project features a thoughtfully planned home addition paired with a full interior renovation. The addition expands the home’s footprint and integrates seamlessly with the existing structure. Adjacent to it, a tongue-and-groove deck was built using this material specifically to create a finished, watertight underside allowing the area below, including the garage entry, to function as a protected, covered space.

The new bathroom within the addition was designed with modern fixtures, an efficient layout, and clean, updated finishes.

Inside the original home, the kitchen was reconfigured to create a more open and functional layout. Interior walls were removed to improve flow, increase natural light, and better connect the kitchen to the surrounding living areas.

The existing bathroom also underwent a complete remodel, receiving new tile work, fixtures, and finishes to align with the contemporary feel of the renovation.

Altogether, the project blends new construction with upgraded interiors, resulting in a cohesive and thoughtfully modernized home.
